Fairly clean hotel and welcoming service. The rooms en suite, fashionable with the bedroom. Great food at the tapas restaurant.

This place is comfortable and fabulous, just a 10-minute walk from downtown, with friendly staff, good value, and a great location.

The property was clean and pleasant. Everyone was fast and polite.The new-fashioned queen studio was neat.The breakfast was cheap with an automatic pancake maker.The location was brilliant and stunning, close to the center, pubs, waterfront, shops, and restaurants.

At a great price, this place offered exceptional service and a prime location by the waterfront.

Appreciated our stay, it's good value. It was fairly clean and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view was exceptional, the service was friendly. The hotel was gorgeous and stylish and the tapas restaurant was good.

The central location is incredible, just a short walk to the Liverpool Waterfront and bars/restaurants. The king studio was impressive, and the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was not expensive, and they even had an automatic pancake maker.

The location here is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from a station and the rooms come with a comfortable king-size bed.

The queen studio is practical and includes amenities like an iron and a kettle, with exceptional service and an affordable breakfast offering bacon or sausage rolls, eggs, and quality coffee.

Marvellous and brilliant setting in the pretty comfortable area, adjacent to the shops and Matthew Street and the nightlife in general, the Albert Dock museums and attractions and also very close to the cavern club. About 10 minutes walk from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

It was in a very central location, by the coast. Moreover, the hotel was situated right next to places we wanted to explore, like Liverpool One Shopping Complex. The king studio was fashionable, included an iron, a kettle, and a sofa bed. The breakfast was relatively cheap and well-stocked and the parking was next to the property.

It boasts a magnificent and absolutely perfect location; very friendly staff on the reception desk. It's set in a very convenient area.

Great location, right by the town center, close to a market, and awesome stores. the staff was super friendly and easy to approach. Plus, everything was brand-new! 🌟

The location was fantastic, with close proximity to Matthew Street for the Cavern, the city centre just a 2-minute walk away, and attractions like the Museum of Liverpool and the British Music Experience. There was also a tapas restaurant nearby.

Accommodation was spacious and stylish, beds were exceptionally comfortable. King studio was fully functional and en suite, good value. The hotel had a great location a minute walk from Liverpool One Shopping Complex.
